When you find an item that you'd like to purchase, just click on the "add to cart" button. Is Baseball Warehouse an authorized Internet retailer?
Yes! Baseball Warehouse is an authorized Internet retailer for all of the items carried on our website. Buying from an authorized internet retailer means that your product's warranty will be honored by the manufacturer and enables you to receive direct support from the manufacturer!

Do I need an account to purchase from BW?
No, we do not require you to create an account with us when shopping. We offer a "shop as guest" feature, which will allow you to checkout without creating an account with us. There are some advantages to creating an online account though! An account will allow you quick and easy access to your previous orders, ability to create wish lists, shipment tracking information and an express checkout for future orders.

How can I update my account?
Simply login to your account by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of any page on our site. We are currently only required to collect sales tax for orders that ship to Texas.

Shipping Information

When will my order ship?
Baseball Warehouse processes all orders received before 2:00pm Central Time, the same business day. Our website uses realtime inventory status, so you'll know when you place your order if your item is in stock or when it will ship (such as a backorder, or dropship item). Orders placed after 2pm Central on Friday or on the weekends will be shipped out first thing Monday morning.

How much is shipping?

How can I track my order?
Select the Order Status option under the "My Account" area or in the footer at the bottom of the page. Enter in your order number or billing phone number and your zip code. The order details are then displayed, along with a tracking number if it is available. You can click the tracking number to get an up-to-the-minute report of your package status (we also send this tracking number to you via email). Tracking numbers are not available online for drop-ship items or packages sent via USPS (APO/FPO, etc).

What is a bulk shipping charge?
Some large/bulky items such as batting cages and pitching machines in our catalog may carry additional shipping costs. These charges are indicated on the product page by the "Bulk Shipping Charges Apply" graphic (clicking that graphic will show a chart of charges based on your desired shipping method). The total cost of your order, including bulk shipping charges, will be displayed in the checkout process. Unless otherwise noted, free shipping offers do not apply to items with bulk ship charges.
